NyxMinds Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, UEN 202335369N), NyxMinds Pty Ltd (Australia, ABN 69 663 490 149) and NyxMinds Consulting LLP ("NyxMinds", "we", "us") respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through nyxminds.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, work email, company, market, what you need and any message you choose to send.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to run and secure the site. Our contact form uses an anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile), and we keep a one-way hashed version of your IP address to block abuse.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't include it in your message.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To consider you for a role, if you contact us about careers.
• To keep the website secure and working.

• NyxMinds team members who need it to respond to you.
• Service providers that host the website, store form data and send email for us, under contract and only for these purposes.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Our service providers may store or process data outside your country. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the laws that apply to us.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

Access is limited to people who need it, and data is protected with industry-standard security measures.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter. To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) and, where they apply, the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia) and other local data protection laws in the countries where we operate.
