Chhavi Shah
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect
Chhavi has grown with ServiceNow since the Aspen release. She founded NyxMinds to give enterprises world-class ServiceNow expertise without the layers, turning deep cross-industry insight into platforms built to last. She sees ServiceNow becoming the AI platform that runs the modern enterprise, with people and AI agents working side by side. Her vision is for NyxMinds to be the partner that turns that future into everyday results for every client. Today she leads the firm across five countries in APJ.
Vincent Zeng

A hands-on technologist since 2010, Vincent has spent his career designing and building complex enterprise platforms. He has led architecture and delivery on large-scale programmes, including statewide public healthcare systems that he designed from the ground up.
